Both Day and Night. At Once. Remastered 2026.

Самое ужасное, что принёс новый синтезатор, где ручками (собственными) могу нарисовать волну и придать звуку, буквально, физическое осязание - это, как ни странно, осознание огромного несоответствия между собственным восприятиием музыки и тем, как её подают слушателю.

Переслушивая вчера на Спотифай свою композицию "Между двумя херувимами", удивлялся, почему она так мощно звучит? И на Ютубе скачок по просмотрам. Вдруг, понял, что ко всем своим электронным композициям перед продакшном я делал мастеринг, как для классического симвонического оркестра, а здесь, впервые, отошёл от этой модели и сделал мастер-версию именно под электронику и стриминги.

Это другая философия звучания: более собранная, плотная, с хорошим фундаментом фактура, - первоначально она показалась грубой - чуть было не пустил под нож готовый релиз (удержала жена Оксана).

Вслушавшись, пришёл к выводу, что музыка стала словно приправленная специями: нюансы никуда не пропали, но стали более рельефными, что ли.

Всвязи с этим, появилось желание сделать ремастеринг некоторых композиций, первая из них - «Both Day and Night. At Once.»

Yesterday, while re-listening on Spotify to my composition “Between Two Cherubim,” I was surprised by how powerful it sounds. And there’s a spike in views on YouTube as well. Suddenly I understood that for all my electronic compositions, before production, I used to do mastering as if for a classical symphonic orchestra - and here, for the first time, I stepped away from that model and made a master version specifically for electronic music and streaming.

This is a different philosophy of sound: more gathered, denser, with a solid foundational texture. At first it seemed rough — I almost sent the finished release under the knife (my wife stopped me).

Listening more carefully, I came to the conclusion that the music became as if seasoned with spices: the nuances didn’t disappear, but became more relief-like, more pronounced.

Because of this, I felt the desire to remaster some compositions. The first of them is “Both Day and Night. At Once.”
